Trained Force vs. Temporary Staffed Force

It's a common practice. The task is sizeable and the available help is not. Where will the work crew be found?

The work crew appears to be fully staffed. A close look reveals that their operation is "disjointed" and lacks the coordination of a crew that has been trained and has worked together. This can be observed at the very beginning of the job. As the equipment is being unloaded, how many of the assembled crew seem to have a "what's happening" or "what's next" appearance?

These observations are not meant to be overly critical of a "temp" staffed work force that is used effectively in some situations. Temporary help has a place. At EnviroTec we believe that this place does not include "critical environments" such as data centers, where uptime is a must.

EnviroTec's policy and promise is to use a "trained force." We personally recruit employees and give both the initial classroom and ongoing job training necessary to give our customers a quality product without disruption to service.

Ask for a list of names of those who will be working at your site at least 30 days prior to scheduled work.
